"Highly recommend! You will not find a better person/company to work with! If I could give 10 stars I would. The heat in my entire house went out and I had spent hours trying to figure it out on my own by searching online, before I knew it, it was nearly 1 am and the temperature in my house was getting down into the 50’s/low 60’s. I was freezing and unable to go to sleep due to how cold it was. I searched online and found Abel heating and sent a message explaining my situation. Within a couple minutes, Paul FaceTimed me. Not only was he super friendly and amazing to work with, he literally went over step by step every single thing I needed to do and explained in detail what everything was and how to do everything safely. He answered all my questions and assured me that what I was doing was safe and nothing was going to happen. At this point in the day I was a mess of nerves and stress and he walked me through the steps on how to do everything safely and made me feel extremely comfortable with what I was doing. Sure enough, he got the heat in my entire house back working during the FaceTime call. I can’t put into words how thankful I am for him and for him so selflessly taking the time to walk me through the steps to get my heat working, especially at 1am when he could have just ignored my message and waited until the next morning. This was my first encounter with him, and it couldn’t have been any better! Trust me, you will be pleased with him and the service he provides. I will only use him in the future moving forward for any and all heating issues I have. 10/10. Highly recommend!!"
